Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after checkout. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We also offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $120.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@tobeyoliver.com.

Please include your order number along with clear photos of:

  • the item
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

This helps us review your claim as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled based on product availability.

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Product Care

Our pieces are designed with careful attention to detail and should be handled with care.

To help preserve the finish and overall appearance of your item:

  • Wipe clean with soft and dry cloth.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water and moisture on pendants as it can weaken the adhesive used to secure gemstones.
  • Remove pendant before swimming, bathing, or rough play.
  • Store away from direct sunlight when not in use.
