At Tobey & Oliver, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • returned in original packaging
  • free of wear, damage, or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

We cover return shipping only if an item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or incorrect

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@tobeyoliver.com

To review your claim, please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging
  • a photo of the shipping label

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement.

Claims submitted without photos, after the 48-hour window, or showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • final sale items
  • items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered
  • items returned without original packaging

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us at shop@tobeyoliver.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Return Approval

We reserve the right to deny returns or refund requests that do not meet our policy requirements, including items that show signs of wear, misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused after delivery.
