Every Tobey & Oliver order is prepared by hand and shipped in a kept-worthy box, the kind you'll find a use for long after the collar is on your dog.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm ET Monday–Friday ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking link the moment the label is generated.
Rates
- U.S. orders over $100, free ground shipping
- U.S. orders under $100, flat rate calculated at checkout
- Express (1–2 day), available at checkout
- International, calculated by destination; duties and taxes shown at checkout
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation with a live tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours, email shop@tobeyoliver.com and we'll chase it down.
Packaging
Every set arrives in a linen-textured gift box with a jeweler's pouch for charms. It's ready to gift as-is, no extra wrap needed.
