How long do I have to return an item?

You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

What condition does the item need to be in?

Unworn, in original condition, and returned in the original gift box.

Are charms returnable?

Yes, provided they're unworn, in the original jeweler's pouch, and free of scratches. Custom-engraved charms are final sale.

Who pays return shipping?

For exchanges, the buyer pays return shipping to send the item back and we cover shipping on the exchanged product. Refunds have a small return-label fee deducted from the refund.

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Every Tobey & Oliver order is covered by a 7-day return window, no questions past the ones we need to solve the problem.

The 7-day window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original gift box. We do a quick condition check when the parcel arrives back with us.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the buyer pays return shipping to send the item back. We cover shipping on the exchanged product. Email shop@tobeyoliver.com with your order number and the new size and we'll send instructions the same day.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return arriving. A small return-label fee is deducted from the refund; original shipping is non-refundable.
